Mapping Education Design Lab’s 21st Century Skills to Your Course or Program
In this session, you will learn how to offer Education Design Lab (EDL) Badges to your students. The VP of talent development at Linkedin calls these durable, transferable 21st Century Skills “the currency of the future workplace.” However, only 37% of employers believe their entry-level employees have these skills. We have developed a streamlined process for mapping academic courses, co-curricular programs, and employer training/internship programs to the EDL sub-competencies. The EDL rubrics and process for issuing these badges will be discussed.
